EDIT 05/09/17: Fixed shapes of her eyes, hairbangs, nose, right boot and cape.
EDIT 03/27/17: Revised eyes shapes, fixed torso, breasts, and right foot.
EDIT 03/22/17: Improved mouth design, fixed her right pupil and (silently) revised eye shapes a little.
I did a vectorization of Kahli 4 days ago, and now I did a vectorization of her nemesis, Electra.
